The best thing for hot flashes. My night-time hot flashes used to last over half an hour, leaving me soaked. Now, they last only a couple of minutes, allowing me to sleep well. It took a few weeks to notice a difference, but I will continue ordering this item. iHerb is also an excellent website.

Menstrual cycle stability
After learning about evening primrose oil's role in stabilising hormonal levels and menstrual cycles, I took it with vitamin D3. My condition normalised, hot flashes ceased, and my sleep improved. I used it for four months, and the pain from adenomyosis is gone.
I've noticed that I seem to be sleeping better since I started using this product.
I consider this a health product for menstrual symptoms. After a few days of taking it, I can sleep well at night, although I have not yet noticed menstrual relief.
I began taking evening primrose oil for mastopathy, alongside female omega and wild yam. After two weeks, the pain in my chest has gone, and my breasts are softer. I'm 51, and my previous hot flashes have normalised as well. I plan to continue for at least six months.
